The International Film Music Critics Association heeft haar lijst met genomineerden voor de 19e editie van de IFMCA Awards bekendgemaakt. Deze awards liggen mij aan het hart als hoofdredacteur van deze site ,omdat ik voor de tweede keer betrokken ben bij de selectie voor deze nominaties. Dit jaar heeft de IFMCA ook enkele wijzigingen aangebracht in hun onderscheidingen, want het is de eerste keer dat soundtracks voor televisie en videogames in aanmerking komen voor Score van het Jaar en Componist van het Jaar. Een andere opwindende verrassing is dat er een Vlaamse en een Nederlandse score op de lijst staan met Onze Natuur van Dirk Brossé en Wolf van Matthijs Kieboom, beide in de categorie voor Beste Documentaire.
